By accessing or using Family Energy (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Family Energy is a scheduling tool for independent musicians. It lets you connect your own social media accounts and automatically publish your own original music videos to those accounts at times you schedule.
You connect your own accounts — such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook — through each platform’s official authorization. By connecting an account, you authorize Family Energy to publish the content you schedule to that account on your behalf. You can disconnect any account at any time, which immediately stops future posting and revokes our access.
You keep all rights to the videos, audio, captions, and other content you upload. You are responsible for your content and represent that you own it or have the rights to use and publish it, and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party right. You agree to schedule only your own original content.
You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, spam, or that violates the terms of any connected platform. We may suspend or terminate access that does.
Family Energy publishes to third-party platforms (such as TikTok) using their official APIs. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies, including the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Developer policies. We are not responsible for changes to, or the availability of, any third-party platform or API.
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that scheduled posts will always publish on time or without interruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Family Energy and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
