This privacy policy describes how Family Energy ("we," "our," or "us") handles information when you visit family.energy or when channel owners authorize our internal tools to manage their YouTube channels via Google APIs.

What we collect

• Channel-owner authorizations: When a channel owner authorizes our tools via Google OAuth, we receive scoped access tokens that allow us to upload and manage video content for the channels granted. We do not access viewer data, audience analytics, or comments belonging to your audience.
• Website request logs: When you visit family.energy, our server records standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security monitoring. We do not use cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics on this site.

How we use information

• Google OAuth tokens are used only to perform the upload and channel-management functions explicitly authorized by the channel owner.
• Server logs are used for operational and security purposes.
• We do not sell, share, or transfer information to third parties.

Google API services and limited use

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use authorized Google API data to perform the functions explicitly granted by the user.

Storage and security

Authorization tokens and operational data are stored on our private infrastructure with restricted access. We do not store viewer-facing data.

Retention and revocation

Authorization tokens are retained as long as the corresponding authorization remains active. Owners may revoke access at any time via their Google Account permissions page, which immediately disables our access. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days.

Children's privacy

This service is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected with a revised "Last updated" date.
